I live in Houston, TX with my adorable Cocker Spaniel, Woody. When I’m not Disney vacation planning, I work at a non-profit in the Texas Medical Center. I love to bake, and really enjoy cake decorating (I was lucky enough to attend the filming of the Extreme Villain Cakes episode of Food Network Challenge, taped in Disney’s Hollywood Studios once – so cool!) My favorite park: Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Classic Hollywood is incredible.

I interned in Walt Disney World twice in college, living there for 2 semesters and going to the parks every day. I vacation in Disney 2-3 times a year now, and I’ve been on 20+ Disney World vacations.I’ve experienced nearly every attraction, show, restaurant, special event, and resort in Disney World. If there’s something new in Disney World, I do everything I can to be there for the grand opening – it drives me crazy for there to be something new in Disney that I haven’t seen!

When it comes to vacation planning, I think Disney vacations are so much more memorable when you’re able to experience something new and special, so I plan trips with that in mind. I always try to include special things like the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Cruise or the Family Magic Tour, or even events like runDisney races, D23 events, or Disney movie premieres. Even if you’ve been to Disney several times already, I bet I can still find something new to surprise you!

I’ve experienced Disney with many different types of groups – friends, families, young kids, teenagers, guests with special needs, and even big family reunions, so no matter what kind of group you’re traveling with, I can help.

I LOVE Disney restaurants, because they can turn out to be an unexpected highlight of your trip, if you plan in advance and know the right places to go. I worked at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge while I was on the Walt Disney World College Program, so I’m really interested in Disney resorts, too. Selecting the perfect Disney resort for your family is one of the best things you can do to make your vacation one your family will never forget!
